If you are wondering how to create a Contact in Google Contacts upon submission of google forms where Contact details are provided from the form fields itself, you can use AppiWorks add-on on Google Forms to configure the same. This helps to setup a contact with specified details in to google contacts at a scale without having to share Google Contacts access to people in the process.
Once creation of contact in Google Contacts is done, AppiWorks can notify via Google Chat, Email (or other communication medium of your choice) based on the configuration.
