What is Slack AppiWorks?
Slack AppiWorks for Zoho CRM is a Zoho CRM extension that integrates Zoho CRM and Slack. It helps users to share content from Zoho CRM to Slack.

How does it work?

Installation
Go to Zoho Marketplace
Search for Slack AppiWorks
Click on the Install Now.
It will open a dialog to agree with the terms of services of the vendor and Zoho Marketplace and the privacy policy of the vendor.
The users need to agree with that and then click on continue.
Select your Users/Profiles (Select the profile to whom this extension is to be visible, based on the profile selection the extension will be displayed to users) and then click on Confirm.
Extension Installation is completed and added to your Zoho CRM and you will also get a confirmation email from Zoho Marketplace.
Setup
After installation is successful, Sign in to Zoho CRM and click on the three dots (...) symbol (shown right side).
Select/ Search for Slack AppiWorks
You will now be redirected to Slack AppiWorks homepage/landing page.
Please wait for AppiWorks basic initialization or until the START AUTOMATING button is enabled.
If you have not established a connection with Zoho CRM, you will be navigated to the Setup Connection page. It's a one-time process, once established you can ignore this step in future use.
Click on Authorize with Zoho CRM button to establish the connection with Zoho CRM.
After the connection is established you will be navigated to Connection Successful page.
Click on the Create New Service button to create a new service with Slack AppiWorks.
Give a name to your automation service.
Provide service description.
Choose the Automation type.
Click on Next
How to Share content to Slack?
Choose Share Content as the automation type.
Choose a Zoho CRM module from which you want to share data into Slack.
You can also enable the On Condition if you want to share content to Slack on some conditions.
Click on Next
How to Share content to Slack On Condition?
Enable On Condition.
Add conditions by clicking on the + button
Choose the Zoho field, Operator, and provide value
Choose the Connection Or Create a new Connection.
Choose the Channel in Slack into which you want to Share Content.
Provide the message you want to share in the Slack channel.
If the message is provided you can ignore adding blocks(Header, Text, Button, Image, Divider) as they will not be shared together.
Click on Next
How to add AppiWorks as an integration in the Slack Channel?
Prior to proceeding with the Service configuration, it's essential to confirm the integration of AppiWorks within the chosen channel as indicated in the preceding step.
Goto Slack and choose your channel selected in the preceding step.
Follow the step shown in the right side image to add the integration in the selected Slack channel.
In the Add Apps (shown on the right side No. 4) you can add the AppiWorks as an App.
For adding blocks follow the steps below...
Click on any of the the buttons among Header, Text, Button, Image or Divider to create the message block as you want to make it appear in your slack Channel.
Fill all the required fields
Also, you can make use of a field picker ( three dots icon (shown on the right)) to add dynamic values from Zoho CRM module fields.
You can Delete a block by clicking on the delete icon present in the right side of each block, or you can also click and drag the move icon present in the left most end of the block and reorder its position.
Click on the Save button to save the service in your workspace.
Now, this service is listed on the services list page and ready for automation.
You can create as many services as you want.
Go to the services list page by clicking on the Previous Page button.
How to Share Content manually using Slack AppiWorks?
Goto Zoho CRM module in which you have configured the service.
Click on the records that you want to share on the Slack Channel.
Click on the Slack AppIWorks button.
Once the dialog is loaded, click on the Execute button next to the service to share the content manually.
How the text message appear in Slack Channel?
Once the service is configured and on creation or updation of record in Zoho CRM module the configured message in service will be get notified in the Slack Channel.
How the image block appear in Slack Channel?
Once the service is configured and on creation or updation of the record in the Zoho CRM module the configured message block in service will be added to the Slack Channel.
