AppiWorks platform products are available as a basic free plan as well as several plans available to choose from based on usage. The usage is measured in terms of Interactions and data units.

What is an interaction?

An interaction is measured as one successful execution of an action performed with AppiWorks. The number of interactions is incremented by one on every successful execution.
Examples:
creating a contact in a CRM system is one interaction
querying from a MySQL database table.

What is a data unit?

The data unit is measured by the volume of data processed in the interaction. The number of data units is incremented by the number of affected data units in the interaction.
Examples:
200 contacts were retrieved from a CRM system
50 records were retrieved from the MySQL database table.

AppiWorks calculates the usage based on the number of interactions made and the data units processed. It then applies quota restrictions as per the current plan taken by the user.
