If you are using a CRM system like Hubspot and want to capture or onboard contacts, deals etc via a simple Google Form, you can use AppiWorks add-on on Google Forms to configure the same. This helps to setup onboarding in to Hubspot at a scale without having to share Hubspot CRM access (typically licensed) to people in the onboarding process.
Once creation of contacts, leads etc on Hubspot is done, AppiWorks can notify via Google Chat, Email (or other communication medium of your choice) based on the configuration.
