Setup AppiWorks for Google Forms
What is AppiWorks for Google Forms?
AppiWorks for Google Forms is a add-on for Google Forms to enable interactions with external applications.
It uses the response details of Google Form submission to create or update objects in the external applications. It comes with a powerful mapping feature to map Form fields with external application's attributes.

How to open AppiWorks for Google Forms
In the add-on section of Google Forms click AppiWorks.
Setting up AppiWorks for Google Forms
Click Start to start the setup.
Service Configuration:
Mention the required service name.
Select the required connection
Click New to create a new connection. Learn more about Connection settings
Choose an Object from the list.
Select the required action.
Mapping:
Mapping should be done to map the form fields with the corresponding app fields.
Select the required app field.
Choose the required mapping type.
The supported mapping types are Form Field mapping & Templated Mapping.
Form Field mapping allows you to map the app field with the corresponding form field.
With Templated mapping, you can create templated fields and map the app fields to it.
Click on Add to add the mapping.
Click on cancel to cancel the mapping.
Switch on Activate to activate the service.
Click on Back to go back.
Click Save to save the service.
Now your service is created successfully.
You can edit the connection by using the edit icon.
Delete the service by using the delete icon.
Click create to create a new service.
Submitting data in form
The data is submitted in the form.
Sample Output
The submitted data is created as a contact in Insightly CRM.
