If you are using a CRM system like Zoho and want to capture or onboard contacts, deals etc via a simple Google Form, you can use AppiWorks add-on on Google Forms to configure the same. This helps to setup onboarding in to Zoho at a scale without having to share Zoho CRM access (typically licensed) to people in the onboarding process.
Once creation of contacts, leads etc on Zoho is done, AppiWorks can notify via Google Chat, Email (or other communication medium of your choice) based on the configuration.
