If you are using a CRM system like Pipedrive and want to capture or onboard contacts, projects etc via a simple Google Form, you can use AppiWorks add-on on Google Forms to configure the same. This helps to setup onboarding in to Pipedrive at a scale without having to share Pipedrive CRM access (typically licensed) to people in the onboarding process.
Once creation of contacts, leads etc on Pipedrive is done, AppiWorks can notify via Google Chat, Email (or other communication medium of your choice) based on the configuration.
