• Decide which trigger would be suitable for your flow.

1. Schedule: Schedule trigger automates repetitive tasks daily, weekly, or monthly with ease. 

2. App Event: Triggered by an event in another application

3. Webhook:  Webhook trigger starts workflows by sending an HTTP request to a designated endpoint. 

3. Create a Visual Representation

• Use a flowcharting or process mapping tool (use Digrams.net). 

• Connect the tasks and decisions using arrows to illustrate the sequence.
