MySQL AppiWorks for HubSpot is a HubSpot extension that integrates HubSpot and a MySQL database. It helps users export data from HubSpot to MySQL.
After installation is successful, sign in to HubSpot and go to Settings.
Go to Connected Apps under Integrations.
Select MySQL AppiWorks
Go to Settings tab and click on Settings button. It will open up new tab where you can setup the service configuration.
Click on the App Cards tab to configure MySQL AppiWorks in all the supported modules of HubSpot.
Click on the Settings button from the Settings tab, and it will open up in a new tab.
Click on the Get Started button.
Authorize with the HubSpot CRM account.
After Authorization click on Create New Service button.
Enter your service name
Add a short description about your service (optional)
In this example, we will export HubSpot Contacts to the MySQL contacts table.
Choose your HubSpot CRM object.
Choose the MySQL connection
Choose the MySQL table to export.
Visit the following page for steps to set up the MySQL Connection
Setup the mapping between HubSpot object fields and your MySQL table fields.
Enable/disable manual export execution.
Activate the Service.
Finally, save your service.
Go to the HubSpot account
From the sidebar, navigate to CRM > Contacts
Open any HubSpot Contact.
You can see the MySQL AppiWorks card on the right side.
Also, you can see the service you have configured for the contacts object.
Click on the Execute button next to the service name to run the service.
Visit any MySQL client to verify the export.
You can see that the HubSpot contact is exported now.
